Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello is an American actress. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were just a few of her roles in films. Bello has starred on television in roles including the character Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997) as well as Payback (1999) and Coyote Ugly (2000) as well as The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) and Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on April 18 1967 in Norristown (New Jersey) to Kathy Bello who was a school nurse and teacher. Bello also appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama The ER (1997-1998). Bello also starred in other roles, like that of Michelle McBride on the debut season of the series Touch in 2013, as well as that of Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. In the seventh grade at Villanova University, she majored in political science. Bello studied acting in New York and continued to improve her skills after graduation. Bello and Dan McDermott have a son, Jackson. She wrote in November 2013 about her same-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the labels we assign to ourselves (Dey Street Books - April 28 in 2015).
