Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 until 2022. As a member of the Democratic Party, she previously was a part of the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009) as well as the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011) as well as the spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013-2015) as well as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki contributed to CNN's political coverage from 2017 through 2020. Her career in politics began in 2001 when she began working in the reelection campaign of Tom Harkin, an Iowa Democrat for the U.S. Senate. Psaki became John Kerry's deputy press secretary in 2004. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director for Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was the press secretary for President Obama's 2012 reelection campaigns. 20 Psaki resigned as spokesperson for United States Department of State on February 11 2013. It was believed that Psaki would be replacing Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21] However, Josh Earnest was announced to succeed Carney on May 30th, 2014. She returned to White House as Communications Director in 2015 , and was there until the end.
